What’s the minimum age requirement to place an order?

Because we sell adult products, the minimum age is 18. 

What if my new toy won’t work?

Before using any toy or device, be sure to read the manufacturer’s user manual. Most toys need to be fully charged before use. Battery operated devices may contain a protective slip of paper in the battery compartment that needs to be removed before the toy will turn on. Before deciding that your new toy is defective, check that any batteries and all toy parts are in the right position and that your device has had time to charge completely. 

Make sure the product doesn’t have an engaged travel lock. The power button on some toys functions as a lock and may need to be held down for 3 seconds or more for the device to operate. If the item is rechargeable and requires a USB wall outlet adapter, try an alternate adapter or outlet if the item doesn’t charge or turn on.  

If your toy still won’t work, contact us for help or to arrange an exchange. 

What if I lose my toy’s charger?

Here at Delicto we don’t carry replacement chargers, but the manufacturers of most toys do! Please refer to the manufacturer’s contact information or website for instructions on ordering another charger. If you don’t know the manufacturer, send us a photo of your toy and we’ll do our best to help. 

What’s your return policy?

Because the items we sell are personal devices, we are unable to accept returns. See our complete return policy for more information as well as instructions for exchanging a defective product.

Do you charge for shipping? 

Orders of $29.99 or more ship free! Orders under $29.99 ship for a flat rate of $6. Check out our shipping page for detailed information. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders ship the same or next day and typically arrive within 2 to 3 days depending on the shipping method. For more detailed information, see our shipping page.

I’ve received some of my order, but where’s the rest?

Some products ship separately depending on size and stock. If you don’t get the rest of your order in a few days, please let us know! We’ll be happy to help. 

How do I know if a toy is right for me?

How do I know if a toy is waterproof? 

If you’re unsure, check the product listing on the Delicto website and the manufacturer’s information that came with your toy. Many toys are splash-proof, which means they can be used in the shower without harm. Splash-proof toys are not designed to be submerged in water. Toys that are specifically labeled as waterproof may be used under water.
